I am pregnant! and ever since i have told my boss, i've been treated nasty!!!! My boss shouts, swears, and many times i end up crying.

I'm not supposed to lift heavy things, but i have no choice!

My boss has been saying from day 1 that he doesnt have to pay maternity, ive been here 1year and half. So last friday he tells me the company has gone into liquidation, and that im been made redundant. However i will starting work again on monday for the same employer, same job title, same location, just a different company name.

I dont know what the hell is going on!
Citizens advice, are telling me to sit down with him, but im so scared of him. i don't need this stress, im pregnant!

Sorry not to be more help, but your boss is talking shite, and so are CAB. Get a lawyer.
