Very unlike me
Started healthy eating and working out daily for 3 weeks now. Last 5 days barely managed to eat a thing. No notion of food what so ever! Made my favourite tea tonight salad, potato salad, pulled pork. After a 4 hour walk and a workout. I should have been starving but could hardly bring the fork to my mouth. Ate about 4 bites!
What is going on ?
