Ahead of the release on March 21st of the new Paramount Pictures film Labor Day, featuring Kate Winslet and Josh Brolin, we have been asked to find around 25 bloggers plus friend(s) to attend an exclusive preview screening of the film at the Paramount Pictures private screening room in Chiswick, West London. This will take place Thursday 13 March from 6.30pm - by invitation only

You can view the film trailer here:

Labor Day stars - Kate Winslet, Josh Brolin, Gattlin Griffith and Tobey Maguire

Synopsis: From Academy Award® winning director Jason Reitman, "Up In The Air", "Juno", comes "Labor Day". A story that centres on 13-year-old Henry Wheeler, who struggles to be the man of his house and care for his reclusive mother Adele (Kate Winslet) while confronting all the pangs of adolescence. On a back-to-school shopping trip, Henry and his mother encounter Frank Chambers (Josh Brolin), a man both intimidating and clearly in need of help, who convinces them to take him into their home and later is revealed to be an escaped convict. The events of this long Labor Day weekend will shape them for the rest of their lives.

Release: March 21, 2014
Cert 12a

Bloggers are welcome to attend with a friend/ partner etc - max 3 tickets per blogger. Drinks and nibbles before the screening will be served.
Please note vox pops will be taken on the day - to be used across Paramount Pictures social and online media. And potentially on bespoke print adverts – with individual approval of course

After the screening we'd like you to blog about the film. We'd like you to add your blog link to a linky blog hop which we will set up on the MN bloggers pages on Mumsnet. We'd also like you to tweet your film review. Your blog post and tweets may well be used by the film promoters on their social media channels as well as elsewhere.

We'd need your blog post to be posted on the linky page the day after the screening: Friday 14 March - at the latest by Monday 17 March.

You'll need to make your own way to the screening: travel costs will not be paid.

All bloggers who attend will receive a giant film poster and a copy of the book the film is based on as a token of thanks! (one book/ poster per blogger).

If you'd like to attend this screening please add your details here - we will be in touch with selected bloggers early next week. This is an invite-only event.

thanks and good luck
