Nap time issues 11months baby boy

Hello, i have been working for a month with a baby sleep coach to help me with my son.
Now that he sleeps during the night 11hours straight.
But have problems for his naps.
The coach is telling me that he should sleep 2hours during the days, and because he is 11months soon, we have to drop the morning nap.
The problems is that he is tired in the morning and seams to need his morning nap still, we do 30 min at 9am when he wakes up at 7:30am
The afternoon after 12am lunch, he is crying for an hour in his bed...:( between 1pm and 2pm.
So i dont know what to do...:((
Do you have a better coach that i could use? or advises?
Thank you so much by advance for any answers!!!
Amelie

I would do morning nap 2 1/2 hours after he wakes up for 15/20 long. Then lunchtime at 1pm for a couple of hours. My LO Is 8 months and he wakes at 7am, morning nap is at 9:30am for 20 mins then lunchtime nap is at 12:45 for 2+ hours.

Hi Amelie , Firstly congratulations on the night time achievement WOW!
Our little boy is now 19 months , at about the age yours is he would wake at 7.30 am have a 45min nap most days at 9.30 then a pm nap at 12.30 or 1 for 2 hours , then bed at 7.30 -8.30pm but sometimes waking once in the night for a bottle .
I would say your doing really well at his age and go with what he needs otherwise he will get progressively rattier and less inclined to engage in activities .
Our boy now is waking at 8am and has a 2 hr nap at 1 pm then goes down at the same evening time but that is only since November , I did find if I took him out somewhere in the morning he skipped the am nap (park shops family ) now he loves nothing more than playing in the garden for a while which was a challenge in the recent weather.
I would love to know how to get rid of the night wake again as our boy started going through from about 13 months then once teething really kicked in he now wakes about 2am and has to have a warm milk bottle to settle in his cot, its no real trouble but I feel he regressed a bit, so if you have any suggestions we would love to hear from you .
all the best
Steve
