not read article, but it made me remember the conversation I once had with DS1 when he was about 6 or 7.

I asked him if he'll take care of me when I'm old, he said yes eagerly.
I told him that old people sometimes need a lot of help, he might need to help me have a bath or if I'm too weak I might need and adult size nappy...

I asked him teasingly if he would be ok to change my nappy, and he said: "no, I don't think I will do that, but I will invent a machine that can do it for you!" Grin
