Loving your posts Busty! That photo of Stephen King is v.funny. Have you read his book, 'On Writing'? It's great.
Haven't done a new post yet, but did (finally) change theme. I was nervous - I was sure I would screw up and lose all content.
Durh, I didn't though and all is good in the wordpress world.
It's a Christmas theme! Woop

Thisisaeuphemism it's a BRILLIANT photo isn't it? I think it must have been during his heavy cocaine and hard liquor years. It is the only thing which would explain that expression. I love Stephen King, and On Writing was my bible for a while - I carried it everywhere.
Phwup-phew (Wolf Whistle) to your Christmas-face blog!

Wow, yassusarah that post was remarkable! I just tried to comment on your blog but it wouldn't let me so I've c+p'd it here;
"I had a similar experience in Malaysia - we were pulled over by armed police who were very intimidating, with huge guns strapped across their chests. They demanded our passports and seemed to pay very close attention to mine. We were in a taxi on a coast road, miles from anywhere and I was getting more and more uncomfortable. The two policemen conferred and then one of them lent towards me and said,
"Happy Birthday for yesterday."
He'd been working out my date of birth. I was so relieved I nearly laughed myself into the next birthday."

Tonight's offering is a Christmas-free zone! The tale of our first trip to a rugby match - and how we didn't watch it:
Meeting Our (Rugby) Match)
The pictures of my husband and daughter at the game tell it all...

In which I discover it's a really bad idea to bring downstairs an enormous box containing not only Christmas decorations but assorted stuff from birthdays, halloween etc past and then try and decorate the tree on your own bar the assistance of a not quite three year old!

Glitter! Pine Cones! Christmassy! What's not to love?!
Thought I was losing interest and/or my mojo over the weekend but it's back with a vengeance and I am getting all excited about projects again. I even let my Zeds (the children) make pink glittery messes on the kitchen table just before dinner.
I wrote about meeting, and being inspired by Mary Robinson, former Irish President and Human Rights activist.
