Our DC3 was born 9 days ago grin. She is a she and our house shall now forever more be under a cloud of pink over my dead body. DDs 1 and 2 are delighted. Mr Robino is even prouder than he ever was. All is well in the Robino household.

I had to tell you all because I'd confessed on the wedding thread to being pregnant very early on to try and explain away my lardiness glorious blooming on the photos blush

MmeLindt Mon 28-Feb-11 14:06:06

oooh, how lovely. I remember that thread.

Congratulations to the whole family.

robino Mon 28-Feb-11 19:19:50

Thanks MmeLindt. And a shameless bump because whilst everything is well in the household, DH went back to work miles away yesterday so I am stuck to the sofa cluster feeding with no-one to talk to....

Congratulations! How lovely. grin

I remember your wedding thread too!

MmeLindt Mon 28-Feb-11 19:35:13

Bump for those who remember this sweet story.

robino Tue 01-Mar-11 16:43:31

OK. One last shameless and self serving bump so that I have something to read and cheer me up while I'm glued to the sofa with only greedyguts DD3 for company tonight. And then I'll give up, promise blush

I also remember that you bumped into the registrar when you went for a meal later on your wedding day and she entertained your dds for a few minutes while you had pudding? (I think?)

robino Tue 01-Mar-11 20:28:53

Thanks you soppy lot. You've cheered up a lonely, knackered. post-natal woman tonight! Am stuck to the sofa with DD3, DDs 1 and 2 are in bed, it's another 3 days til DH comes home and there's nothing on the TV!

Trillian - I was pregnant when we got married so not a honeymoon baby. Oh, and we didn't have a honeymoon grin

Northern - indeed Knickersonmahead was a witness and wore her knickers on her head for a photo.

Paperview - nope, never had an H in my name!

Onepiece - yes, the registrar did kidnap our DDs so we could finish our meal!

Doris - I am deluded. We live under a permanent cloud of pink, there is no escape.

Bran - she is Lara Ruth. Bunfight? Would give me something to do while I feed lovely Lara for approximately 37 hours straight.

I may go and read the original thread and remind myself how nice everyone was!

onepieceoflollipop Tue 01-Mar-11 20:33:54

Lara Ruth - gorgeous name.

Many congratulations! I'm sharing the joy of sleepless nights, I'll be thinking of you in the we small hours xxx

Fuzzywood Wed 02-Mar-11 16:28:29

ThinkingAboutBoden Wed 08-Jun-11 15:53:13

I remember that thread! It was one of the first I really followed after joining/lurking around Mumsnet for a while beforehand.

I "Mumsnet" (not a verb I know!) a lot more now but that thread/your story will always hold a special place in my heart as something I often repeat to people whenever I find myself discussing internet forum type stuff and how it's not always only for weirdos/thickos etc etc!

Anyway - I also think it was the longest/nicest thread I ever read out to discussed with my husband too.....

Also the first time I ventured onto somebody's profile to look at a picture etc....see? Told you! A special place in my (usually) cold, cold heart!

Ahhhh - great news about your third baby - three girls! How utterly wonderful - spoken as a third baby girl and easily the bestest sister! ;-)

Many congrats to you all!

ThinkingAboutBoden Wed 08-Jun-11 15:54:51

Oh darn it! I meant wink - always forget to write it or leave out the - !!

Concordia Wed 08-Jun-11 15:57:15

A gorgeous story, fabulous photos and a lovely new baby girl! Ive never before felt compelled to randomly post on a thread but I just had to say huge congrats to you all! wine

Ps I've not spotted your witnesses on this thread yet....I'm sure they'll love your news smile

WuzzAndBuddy Mon 20-Jun-11 12:34:50
