I was quite good (I thought) at level 1 and then level 2 happened. I'm not even sure I was doing half of the exercises right! Still, no pain, no gain.

I've today made it to day 10 of L2 - just! Its a lot easier but i still find it quite hard. Im sticking with L2 for a few days to master it before i dare move on to L3.

TrolleyDolly1 - I cant do the last plank on L2 at all (for the abs part of circuit 3), i have to replace it with the last ab workout in L1. I honestly thought i would never be able to do L2 at the start of it....i find it so much harder than L1. Still now i have 10 days of L3 to look forward to hmm. Are you doing it everyday?

BambieO - I read loads of reviews where people said how easy they found L2 shock. Not for me unfortunately....Its the strength parts and planks that get to me in L2.

Well I'm on day 3 of Level 1 (and apparently still alive!) so watching this thread with interest. And terror grin .

I have just completed day 1 level 2 - whoo hoo!

I did level 1 for 10 days and then stupidly had three days off as firstly it was mothers day on Sunday and then I just couldn't get the motivation for the last 2 days....was going to do another couple of days on level 1 just to get me going again but when the DVD came on thought sod it lets try level 2. I was terrified because so many people said it was so much harder than level 1 BUT I am not so sure...I know I didn't do half the moves correctly but still it was not AS BAD as my head was telling me.

Tomorrow though is another story grin

Yes, I am doing it everyday. As I was bouncing around last night I could hear my pouch of skin just above my c section scar thwacking around. It was gross, reminded me why I am doing it.

I just have to keep telling myself it's only 20 mins, it's only 20 mins. It's my mantra. I have to say it in my head though, I have no breath left to say it out loud! wink

TrollyDolly1 - grin at the its only 20 mins mantra. I do this too. When i reach circuit 3 i feel a wave of hope and think only 1 circuit left, i can do this, i can do this. Of course like you, i say it in my head as i am completely unable to speak.
I have to play my music during it now too as this seems to help push me on. Have to listen for the first few days of starting a level to understand the moves but then its on with the cheesy dance music for me.

I hated level 2. I think level 3 is easier

I can definitely see a big difference in my shape since i started. I've lost 6lbs too but i have been calorie counting as well. I just look more toned all over.

Not my ankles - my knees!
L3 is easier than L2, it's a bit harder on cardio but easier on strength, which is the thing I struggle with!
20 minutes is just about doable!!

My knees are hurting too. Glad to hear L3 is easier on strength. Im supposed to start L3 tonight but don't feel ready...will i ever be ready though!

Well i survived Day 1 of L3 and it was actually ok. It went really fast as i found it more fast paced with a lot more changes compared to L1 and L2. Mind you its always a bit hectic the first few times until you get to know the moves. I honestly think i will like this level - cant believe i said that!
Thank you Bambie and Trolly for the encouragement smile. Thats us all another day nearer the end! Whats next? Ripped in 30? hmm

Tea, your doing great. grin BambieO, that's exactly what I thought!

I did day 3 yesterday, was so pleased that I had done it, even though I really didn't want to.

So, what is the next step? I think I will you tube a few of her other work outs, see which I think I can do! I really like the format of shred though and the fact that its only 20 mins.
