I just want to switch off and be told what to do.
Does anyone know of any sites that will give me a plan or help me come up with one please?

Really, really need to lose 2 stones for a wedding eary next year. I've lost over a stone recently but I can feel it creeping back on.

Closer diets is very good , online support etc., new menu weekly but you need to pay for it. The food is tasty and I lost a stone- should be continuing but have kind of lost the way. I'll try to keep up with you now if you do it.grin

oh me too. I have put on half a stone recently, which considering I need to lose at least 2 stone is pretty depressing.

Cecilia - how much does it cost? I've had a quick look and there's 2 weeks free but can't find how much it costs after.

I had a look at Cece's link but I don't think it gives a plan? I'll still have to think up my own meals, bah! (smile)

Breakfast

one piece wholemeal toast with butter and marmite

banana / tinned grapfruit

tea / coffee / small glass OJ

Lunch

one brown roll with salad and dressing
or
salad with 1tbspn of dressing and ham / boiled egg / smoked mackrel etc
or
bowl of pasta with tomato type sauce
or
pack sushi
or
half carton covent garden type soup with a roll

Dinner

I used to be obsessed with my weight, it resulted in me being diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. From this i can honestly say i know just about every trick in the book.

A tip i used to used was eating plenty of celery if i ever became hungry. Celery is just about the only food that burns calories. And sure it's about 2 cals a stick but you don't put on weight.

Feeling really naughty? Eat microwavable popcorn... oddly it contains no fat.

An average day of eating healthy for me was:
- Banana and small bowl of bran flakes.
- Small bowl of veg for lunch... carrots, cucumbers (which are completely water) and celery.
- Grilled mushrooms with cherry tomatoes and cuscus.
- DRINK DRINK DRINK!
Through the days that i didn't eat at all i had about 3 small diet coke bottles and 4L of water.

Good Luck. Eat healthy. Nothing feels as good as thin feels.

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o
For a wink, , type [wink]

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
