I used to be so lucky in that dieting came easily to me - now I'm having so many problems in even sticking to a plan for just one day!! I'm just rubbish - my excuses are that I work nearly full time & have 3 young girls so I never seem to have any time for myself. I've even joined slimming world but couldn't get motivated to go for the weighins so that was no good.
I think one main problem is I've recently been prescribed escitalopram to calm me down & to control stress & anxiety - consequently I just don't seem to have any willpower & desire to lose weight. At the same time it is really getting me down as I'm getting bigger all the time & clothes are just not fitting.
PLease give me some motivational tips - I've thought of trying those slimshot solutions which are meant to speed up fat metabolism & control hunger. Every day I wake up thinking today will be the day I'll succeed but I don't & then feel even more of a failure. Sorry for ramble.

I think i've given up on diets, I've bought the Jason Vale juicer and all the ingredients but the truth is i'm not sure i can do all this deprivation anyone.
I'm going for exercise instead, could you afford a personal trainer once a week.
Last time I lost 2 stone and got down to a size 8 it was all down to weight training I'm convinced of it, my diet never changed much.

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
