I want to lose 2 stone.

I don't eat excessively but rarely get breakfast and have my evening meal after 7pm.

I am not one for the gym so need to find some exercise I can do in the house while DS2 is napping. I have realised I have to exercise as I really can't eat any less.

Any advice or help greatfully received.

LOL dont we all!

I do an excercise dvd once a week or more if I can be arsed and go swimming once a week as well as lots of walking with DS, am not a fitness freak and am no where near a normal weight even am about 5 stones overweight blush but have lost 2.5 stones since easter not great but good for me am normally useless with it.

Good old sit ups and things are good and step aerobics is fun even if it just up and down bottom 2 steps for 3 songs, sounds mad I know but it works and if DS is old enough he will probably piss himself laughing at you as my DS does

And dancing with LO's is fun for everyone.

I need to lose two stone - I have put on immense amounts recently. Sitting down is something I would not like to see. Have no advice, otherwise I would have taken it, and not be in the position, so shall sit and wait for others to advise.
