DH and I don't plan to have any more children. I promised myself that I would get back to how I was before kids and attempt to get my body 'back'.

I have just over 2 stone to shed - anyone with me? It would be great to have some others of the same mind.

I am very nice and friendly. grin

Can I state the obvious ? I weigh less than before I had the kids but my body shape has changed completely.
The weight is only one part of it unfortunately.
I'm doing loads of exercise and working on toning up and am trying the juice diet too to clear my skin and for energy cos I haven't got any at the moment.

yup ... you are completely right.

Before I had children I always had a lovely flat tum - was the envy of all my friends but then again I had a big bum!!

Now I resemble some sort of uncooked sausage with no shape hmm

After DS I did lots of running and toned up nicely. DS2 is now only 4 weeks and I am not really up for running just yet I am trying to get out with the DC for an hour long walk each day (weather permitting).

If you're pushing a double buggy around for an hour a day you'll have a butt you can crack walnuts with lol
Sounds like a plan though, I cannot stick to anything at the moment but am going to head down to the gym soon ish.

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
