I will help I also putr on 4 stone, have about a stone and a half left to loose. have you been given a sheet of excercises to do at home start of small with these then add walking and then look at cutting down food esp sweets and crisps (my big downfall)

I want (need) to lose weight but just cant get motivated, I keep going through all these threads and theres to many posts on them for me to want to join. Im a member of a gym but am finding it really hard going after having my daughter (now 8months) I used to go all the time but now find myself put off going without my partner (although i only used to like going on my own) as you can guess this is even harder than going alone because of daughter.
Ahhhhhh I just find myself sitting round eating, I did lose weight after the birth but then got ill and havnt got back into any fitness routine since better.
I set myself a goal of losing weight before I go back to work in Jan but this doesnt seem to be happening!!!!
I just saw the thread about juicing, might just try this as im the fussiest eater you will find so find it hard to stick to certain foods otherwise.
come on well help eachother and make eachother finally do this

Hiya, can I join you too? (I am already on 2 weight loss threadsblush) but all support welcome!
I have put on over 2 stone since DS3 was born in June 08. I just don't seem as if I can shift it. I have even got orlistat from the GP but no results yet.
My plan for this week is to try walking more (probably achievable) and sticking to SW (not soblush) I would like to lose a stone before xmashmm.
good luck.

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
