Thinking of starting this diet as I like the sounds of the exercise class.

Can you sum up the diet for me please? I have done ww before - so know about points only! does RC have a similar diet scheme? many thanks

I started rc last week - you do a detox diet for the 1st 2 weeks which is hard cos you only have around 1200 calories a day. Then after the two weeks they set you your daily calorie allowance. I lost 3lb in my 1st week - the exercise is really good - give it a go smile

I lost 8 stones with RC diet and fitness. Went to the classes every week where you have a weight in, have a chat about food and stuff then do about 45 mins of light exercise, (you can beef this up a bit if you can be arsed so that you actually break a sweat). i think it's about £5 per week but is so worth it just for the exercise. Our class was really mixed - think women who just wanted the exercise, over weight women who wanted to loose weight and get fit - all ages, all sizes, very very good...
Oh, the diet is based on a daily calorie intake suitable for your height and weight - usually around 1500 a day unless you're really short then would be less, and everything is 5% fat or under...
All good!!!!!

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o
For a wink, , type [wink]
For a shocked face, , type [shock]
For an angry face, , type [angry]
For an embarrassed face, , type [blush]
For a sad face, , type [sad] or :(
For an envious face, , type [envy]
For a sceptical face, , type [hmm]

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
