ive lost a stone I 5 week just but making my meals 1/4 smaller
My mum is on this diet & been very successful lost a stone in just 5 weeks!!! on a fast day she'll have porridge made with water, artificial sweetener & homemade veg soup too.
I don't have any breakfast, maybe a plain salad (dressed with lemon juice) with a boiled egg or plain tuna for lunch and home-made soup for dinner.
So that I can see its doable!Really like the look of the 5:2 diet but still can't I imagine what I would eat all day on 500 cals!!
