Thanks for the replies! I know they're not an option long term but I just don't seem to be able to stick to dieting without having somethimg to follow (pathetic I know). I still eat one normal meal a day and snack on fruit/vegetables between meals so I'm not completely reliant on them. I think in a way I now have a better attitude towards food. Would never have looked forward to eating an apple before That might be more to do with feeling better than when I was snacking on biscuits and crisps than the shakes though! Wow 40 pounds that's amazing congratulations! I'm aiming for about 12 for now.
