Yes, sorry, I posted before I meant to and then forgot to and post again I find it very easy and manageable, especially combined with mfp to calorie count on the non fasting days. The only reason I keep regaining is because I keep stuffing my face on the non fast days
Ah, right. The chap who sits next to me at work is on this, and not losing anything. Going by his experience, I think it's important to understand that you can't actually eat "anything you like" on the five days, when "anything you like" is actually quite a lot.
I'm on MFP, and finding it very helpful - have lost a stone since Jan 1st. (myfitnesspal)
