Best workout DVD for bum/thighs?

Thanks three steps, now I just have to reduce the biscuit count!

Well done Ionasky!

It really does get easier very quickly so stick with it. And 20 mins is such a short time...

Then you can turn to Killer Buns and Thighs to hone specific body parts smile

(nothing to stop you alternating between the 2 DVDs though!)

I will - I can see she works you harder than any of the others - I just did L1 of the 30 day - whew!

As the title might suggest "Killer Buns and Thighs" grin

It's another Jillian Michaels DVD and it's brilliant.

It has 3 levels, and Levels 2 and 3 are quite challenging if you're new to her stuff, but you could stay on L1 until you feel happy to move up.

Give it a go, it's great!
