I'm enjoying mine right now!1/2 a tub of Sainsbury's Creamy Veg soup (300ml) - 109kcal2 x Kallo Sea Salt & Black Pepper rice cakes - 60kcalDollop of Waitrose low fat onion & chive cottage cheese on each rice cake (about 60g)- 42kcal1 x poached egg in soup - 74kcalTotal: 285The key is the egg - keeps you going for longer.Anyone else care to share?
home made veg curry with brown rice and salad. all free on slimming world so no measuring or anything else just eating and enjoying.
