Saddle bags

Am a healthy weight, quite fit, but am a PEAR and my saddlebags still wibble even though the rest of me doesn't!!

Any tips on exercise/diets that might help?!!

You can tone muscle underneath the fat but the fat will still be there and if you really work hard and build muscle - you may increase the size of your arse. Losing more fat - is the only solution to the saddle bags but the down side is that you might end up looking too skinny on top....tis a problem I am intimate with.

mm - tricky area.

Best exercise I have found to re shape that area is Jillian MIchael's Killler Buns and Thighs. It is painful - but does the job.

I run a lot, but since doing the DVD I hvae noticed a real change.
