Did first fast day today, well still a few hours to go but will get an early bath and bed! I am just not clear on what my calorie intake should preferably be on non fast days. I am 5ft 5, weigh 12 stone and have BMI around27. I know recommended is c2000 cal for a woman but will I still lose weight if I literally eat what I want on days off or should I go for lower, low GI etc
