Started this thread last week. Had a good think and decided to go with what I know works which is calorie counting and exercise. Joined Weight Loss Resources again and started today. Have found a mum at school to do an hour long walk/run with twice a week plus I will do 2 more exercise classes (probably bodypump and zumba). I have only ever been successful in the past with exercise too. So my daily cals will be around 1300 to include what I burn exercising.
Good Luck AngryFeet. I have managed to lose 5 stone and would like to lose another. Two changes really helped, firstly eating porridge for breakfast every day, summer and winter and made with water. Chopped banana and other fruit on top. Seondly exercise, keep moving! If you are sitting down and you are not having meal Get Up and move! I will be folllowing your progress and cheering you on!
