Soooo fed up of being fat and single!

Iv decided to join slimming world. If anyone wants to join the thread and swap stories, recipes etc?? We could encourage eachother, that would be great smile
Iv never been to slimming world but heard lots of amazing success stories so thought Id give it a go as I need to lose about 3 stone smile

Hi Gems.

Hope someone from SM comes along soon for support.

I'm on Paul McKenna and had 2 stone to lose. half down (3 weeks)- 1 & 1/2 to go!

Having back-up is an excellent idea, and there are a lot of threads on here without a particular 'ethos' or drum to bang to join!
