I use my fitness pal for logging food and exercise, runkeeper for walking and running and fitocracy as it helps motivate me and it gives you little quests to do with points to lvl up. I need stuff to keep me motivated and these have so far
I've been using the nutracheck calorie counter and found it very straightforward and the free version is pretty good. Some say my fitness pal is good too. I like how simple and not very time- consuming the nutracheck one is.
Can anyone recommend a good tracking app please? i'm looking to cut down on food rather than follow a particular diet and I'm trying to improve my general health by exercise. Hoping an app thats easy to use is out there to help me. Thanks folks
