I'm on exante! I lost 3 stone on Lighter Life last summer, which was great, but I ultimately found it too rigid (the group thing, getting packs from my 'dealer' each week, and the cost!), so I ended up quitting before reaching my target. I've only got one more stone to lose, am a week into Exante and doing well. I'm only having bars and shakes - can't be bothered with the soups/fake meals any more - but they taste fine and I love how much cheaper it is, and how I'm more in control.
I'm doing the Working Solution so I can still eat some proper food. Am hoping to at least make it through my first month's bumper box, and maybe even a couple more weeks into mid-Feb. Then the real challenge will be staying slim and healthy when I'm back on real food. Will probably switch to 5:2 fasting like my mum.
Sorry that went on a bit! But it's good to know that someone else here is doing it. Keep me posted on your progress...
And re. lipotrim - I thought these VLCD were pretty fast, wow, that's a mental amount of weight to lose so fast!! Seriously? Is it safe? Surely can't be... ?

I lost nearly a stone in my first week of lipotrim and ad really good losses every week.
I wouldn't say it's better tbh but I was more focused. I wasn't ready when. Started exante.

How did you mange to lose so much in only 7 weeks? That is fantastic! And why is lipotrim so much better than exante?

I've done 7 weeks of lipotrim and lost 3 and 1/2 stone. I only managed a few weeks on exante.
The mushroom soup is gross but all the others were ok! Good luck!

I did Cambridge some years ago and the results were good. I want to lose a stone and a half and I will be TTC my first this summer so want to be as fit and healthy as possible!
