I have signed up for a local KSFL class starting in january. I have about 4 stone to loose and I believe this diet is all about cutting out processed foods and getting into the routine of exercising everyday. Has anyone done this diet? if so how can I prepare? I'm off work at the min so if there is anything I can do to make a start that would be good. Thx
It stands for kick start fat loss. It was started by Rachel Homles and is now more widely available. Its a combination of what they call clean eating (think this is the cutting out processed foods bit) and regular exercise. Daily support is via a closed facebook group and a weekly meeting/exercise class.
