I've a toddler so would like an at-home exercise programme, rather than joining a gym.
Due to an old injury I should keep it low-impact. I don't know if that means the shred is in or out. I'd appreciate any ideas. I want to get fitter and lose up to 1st.

Google Tabata exercises. High intensity interval training is supposed to burn more fat than exercise like walking. You can select particular exercises to do that suit you so can be low impact like squats, etc.
