how long does it take for a stomach to shrink, internaly that is

I thought it shrunk too. Doh!

I've been dieting since mid September and my stomach felt smaller after a couple of weeks, I was surprised at how quickly it happened. It's weird, I still have bad days and after nearly 3 months I am still retraining my body, but on a bad day now I might eat a 1/3 or 1/2 tube of Pringles whereas before I could probably eat a whole one and loads of other crap.

your stomach doesnt shrink, it just gets used to having less food.

you know what I mean? when your ill for a week or so and you start eating again and you feel full really quickly, surly dieting should do the same? and if does how long befor it happens thanks mnet xx
