holiday in 3 weeks!

hi i'm going on holiday in 3 weeks and as usual have left it too late to sort myself out? is it possible to feel a bit better and less wobbly in this short time? any tips??

Well if you check out the "shamless boast" thread , they lost a stone and a half in 3 weeks! very impressive
