I have a fair bit of weight but still have a wibbly stomach. Starting sit ups today. How many to make a difference by Xmas? Any other tips?
Sit-ups will only tone the muscles, if you still have a layer of fat over them then you won't lose the wobble this way. Do sit-ups but also cardio to get rid of the fat, and finish off with sit-ups to tone the muscle underneath.
