Post baby diet starts today.. Anyone else?

Dc3 is 4 weeks today and I weigh 11 stone 12. I normally weigh about 10 stone. I had a section and still look a good 5 months pregnant.
I am bfing so need to be sensible but signed up for weight watchers on line today. They allow you extra points for the bfing.
Would lovely some company from people in a similar situation
3lb off down to 10,9. Don't know if I have a secret I'm finding it easier now that dd is on solids so we can have breakfast together, she has porridge and then we share fruit. At lunch I try to stick to massive bowl of soup and no bread (it's a big weakness cos I can't eat read without a load of butter and once I start I won't stop).
Then just make dinner for us all, just normal dinner, pasta, potatoes whatever. After dinner when dd is in bed is my nightmare time so I'm goin through a load of options hot chocolate to try and stop the chocolate cravings. Also starting drinking coffee black cos I go through a ton of it as shouldn't be drinking milk as I have bad excema triggered by dairy.
That sounds really dull but ive been eating other stuff too, just trying to cut down on other things if I've eaten a load of chocolate or bread.

I suppose I should be grateful considering all I have done is eat. This is so hard
its as soon as my kids are in bed my tummy starts rumbling and the more stressful its been to settle my baby who is 14 weeks tomorrow the more hungry I'll be
. I mean its my own fault if I only was disciplined enough to eat healthy

Fish - you sound as though you are doing great! And your lo is so new, I have no excuse really, spent most of my maternity drinking tea and eatig chocolate biscuits, panicking now that I don't fit into any of my work clothes when I go back in the new yr

Down from 11.4 to 10.12 this morning, probably all just water a this stage but I'm off dairy and stopped snacking this week so, even if it is, it's given me a bit of motivation. Started my fitness pal, finding it great having to enter everything.

DS is 7 wks tomorrow and I'm a tight fitting 14. Don't know weight. I'm not joining a club as we're so skint we can't afford Christmas 
Well done to all that have lost weight so far.
It's hard isn't it toodle, I'm good during the day and then ruin it all when the kids have gone to bed.. Have developed a dangerous relationship with Milka chocolate 
still 10 st 11 but I am not eating well, feeling really down about it too. I just don't think I am ever going to be 10 stone let along the 9 and 1/2 that I want to be

11 lb 5.8 this morning. Slowly but steadily coming off. Ten stone feels a looooooong way away 
10st7 this morning so hit a bit pof a plateau I think. I stuck around 11st12 for aaggees and then suddenly lost a load so hoping the same will happen again provided I stick with it!

Averaging 2 lbs a week. I suppose that'll have to do because I cannot stop eating chocolate. Where are the rest of you at?
Can I join in please. I've about 2 stone to lose and dd is 9 months. I was superfit before I got pregnant and then had such bad sickness that I couldn't exercise at all and could only stomach white carb stuff which never ate before. Trouble is I got a taste for it and haven managed to stop eating it since dd arrived so desperate times and all that I need to get some motivation.

Glued to the seatee with a sleeping baby he just screams when I put him down.
I am registered for ww online but I haven't entered anything in all week so I might just join this eat to succeed thing round in my area although I know I just need to do the shred daily

I had DS 5 months ago via c-section and have lost 10kg pregnancy weight. Still have a lot more to lose.
OP, your baby is 4 weeks old, give yourself a break 
How are we all getting on? I dived into some miniature Lindt bears I had stashed for the kids Xmas stockings last night 
I've got the last bit of baby weight to lose (1st left).
DD is 10 weeks old and I've lost 2st10lbs already. Was 13st4 the day after she was born and am now 10st8. Aiming for 9st8 which is my pre first baby weight (DD is DC2). Was actually 11st4 when I got pregnant with DD so am actually 10lbs under my pre-preg weight already.
I'm doing a VLCD which a bit mental (and I think actually not recommended withint 3m of giving birth...) but I have very little patience and very good discipline!

Hi all, I will join you if that's ok!
My DS is 15 weeks. I have lost my baby weight but was a bit too big before so still have a stone to go, ideally. I'm 12.6 now and size 14, aiming for 11.7 and size 12 (I'm tall so smaller than that would be odd iykwim).
I've found walking to be the best thing, DS loves it as he gets a proper long nap in the pushchair. I'm doing about 3 miles a day. Need to up the veggie intake and lower the biscuit intake though!
Ladies (especially those post CS like me) who are thinking about ab toning exercises, PLEASE be careful. It's very soon. I have heard some horror stories about muscle separation. I an focussing on aerobic exercise at this stage.
Are you drinking enough water conerade? Assuming they did Helex oil

I don't have any scales yet - they're still in our shipment - but I'm looking forward to finding out what I weigh.
Still really struggling with sugar cravings and being starving ALL THE TIME. Think I need to go cold turkey on sugar.

Ok this is not a stealth boast, just some motivation if any of you need it. I started My Fitness Pal when my baby was 5 weeks old, I weighed 13st 5lbs. She is now nearly one year old (my eldest is 2 so I had 2 under 2 too). I am still breastfeeding her and I do the shred 3 times a week after they have gone to bed.
I now weigh 9st 7lbs and feel pretty healthy. I didn't loose the weight between babies and just kept wearing my maternity clothes, now my old jeans fit and it is the best feeling in the world.
