Morning losers!

Here is the Spreadsheet of Wonderfulness for your viewing pleasure

Four weeks to go!
Short but sweet OP today, as I have to go off to work early.
Hope everyone has a good week.

BIWI Wed 14-Nov-12 08:54:41

NotAgain - we're on another chat thread now! Look for the week 7 one ...

NotAgainAndAgain Wed 14-Nov-12 08:47:38

I thought I'd stall loss, as cheated with croissant at my MIL's breakfast. So expected stalling if not gaining. Phew, gods are nice to me, so I'l keep on being good!

NotAgainAndAgain Wed 14-Nov-12 08:42:27

Congrats to loosers.
I am still here, and even loosing (even if it is minuscular amount of 200 gr equivalent of a glass of water).
Will update s/s now, though weighed myself yesterday morning only, running mad as a loonie with those dresses. Oh who invented big weddings.

Morning

1lb on for me, which is easily explained by too much wine, not enough water and possibly a piece of bread on Sat night. I did wear my pretend missoni dress though which got lots of compliments, so it's encourages me to stick with it.

There are 4 weeks of Bootcamp left. I'll be going hard at it for the rest of the time.

BIWI Mon 12-Nov-12 07:54:18

Oh dear. Why does that happen? I definitely put that link there, but it's invisible!

Try again:

Good morning.

Pretty much the same. I'm going back on to Bootcamp hardcore. Water consumption has dropped off massively and this has to be reversed.

Congratulations on any losses. Good luck with weigh ins everyone.

Aargh am hoping this is just a delayed result from Saturdays curry night as am up a couple of pounds again and was really good yesterday. Every time I get within a pound or two of 10 stone it all starts going the wrong way again. Am desparate to see a number starting with 9 before this bootcamp finishes.
Congrats to everyone who's lost.

I really need to get back to being good, I have been far too lax lately and know I will have put on after this weekend.

Having said that I wore a top this weekend that I bought a while ago but never wore as it didn't lie right somehow, well it does now! That can only be down to losing a bit of weight smile

toomuchmonthatendofthemoney Sun 11-Nov-12 23:42:44

Oh captainmummy def NOT needed on a sun night!! Aargh!

B oatbran with water/cream
L slice of ham, couple of spoonfuls of egg mayo, big slice of cheddar
D smallish steak, panfried, with salad and feta
Snack now after late one at work, cabbage leek and kale stir fried in nut oil and chilli flakes, with small bowl of Greek yoghurt after.

Not sure how tomw weigh in will go, I have TOTM and feel I've been eating a LOT tho still LC, quite a lot of dairy. Cheese is my new comfort food hmm

I do think my boobs are getting a bit smaller though! That's no bad thing, as I was easily a DD/E cup. Today I put on a winter jacket - that last year I couldn't do up the buttons across my boobs and wore it with a big scarf in the gap, - but today it buttoned up perfectly ok!! Maybe I just have thinner jumpers this year .....

...cheaply sorted

Oh no captain that's the last thing you need! Fingers crossed it is easily and chea

And the weekend is not over yet ...sad have just gone upstairs to find a leak coming through my bedroom ceiling! Can only think the plumber loosened something on friday, fitting new radiator valves. Have now had to turn off stopcock and run hot water out, and TURN OFF THE HEATING! It's going to be -3 tonight. Sob.

Luckily the leaks have just missed my bed. Will have to sleep waiting for the drips.

Hope the snottiness is easing BIWI?

I went to stay with a friend and it all went a bit umm err
Firstly travelling in the middle of the day meant I skipped lunch, friend did too, so somehow jellybabies were the only thing available and I was getting the shakes from low blood sugar so ate several.
Then chilli for dinner, little bit of brown rice and 3 glasses of wine. Plus some dark chocolate.
Lots of walking though
Today biscuits instead of breakfast ( up at 6 into London, food choices horrendous and £££ ) so we ate a pack of bikkies...
Meat and salads for lunch, tons of walking
Dinner ( finally home) to chicken korma and cauliflower rice made by my gorgeous DH.

Quick hop on the scales shows a little gain but I'm ok with that smile
Onwards and upwards ( or downwards as the scales go that is)

BIWI Sun 11-Nov-12 21:13:24

LOL at slim head!

Hope you're feeling better BIWI. What a lovely slim head you have there. grin

Dosh, that feeling is awful isn't it. I knew I had to leave my last job when the Monday morning blues started on a Friday evening fgs. Are you looking for something else?

I made those chocolate raspberry liqueur pots today that BIWI posted on the recipe thread. God they were gooooooood. Feel porky now though.

WineGless Sun 11-Nov-12 20:03:02

Hope u are feeling better BIWI - looks like a fab day yesterday.

Not much to report in the Gless household. Kids parties, gardening, homework and chores. TOTM for me and feeling very flat, explains my stomach ache last night though doh!

Doshusallie Sun 11-Nov-12 19:03:02

Waves maniacally at the back of biwi's actual head!!!! grin

Had another glass of red whilst watching "Up" with ds2 - weekend a total right off when it comes to booze [as usual]. Tea will be several pit stops to the fridge while I nibble on leftover veg.

There was an article in one of the Sunday times magazines, with a list of symptoms to show when you should get a new job. I could tick off at least 5 of the 7ish, including "when Monday morning blues start on Saturday night".....sad

BIWI Sun 11-Nov-12 18:26:51

This is the back of my head!

In brown/beige, with my ipad

BIWI Sun 11-Nov-12 18:25:36

No that's not me!

Bleurgh to green chicken. But if the gravy tasted OK I'm sure they will be fine!

captainmummy Sun 11-Nov-12 18:20:35

The blonde? In the white? So is that also you talking to the lady with the plate of food?

Honestly - my weekend can't get any worse! I bought a large chicken at lidl on monday, kept it in the freezer, and defrosted overnight. I spent 2 hours cooking it (and potatoes and yorkshire for the boys, and swede roasted, and mashed, and cauli-cheese, and roast veg) and I cut into the chicken to find it green inside!

Poor boys (Half-starved, as per young teens)had to make do with potatoes and yorkshire and sweetcorn - and gravy. I dished up the gravy without thinking - do you think it'll be ok? It's made with the juices from the chicken...

Oh god.

BIWI Sun 11-Nov-12 17:32:40

Are you looking at the Facebook page? If you look two photos to the right of MmeGuillotine, that's the back of my head! (Me trying to get my iPad to connect to a very dodgy WiFi)

BIWI Sun 11-Nov-12 17:30:10

Oooh - will go and have a look! (I definitely don't have pink hair - that's MmeGuillotine)
