I started on Christmas day (stocking filler from dp I had been begging for). I'm going to combine it with running and hope it will replace the gym (as post dd2 I have not the time to go as she bf all the time!)
So I've done 2 days im on level 2 and find it tough but good

Cool there'll be a few of us then! It's by far the best DVD I've done and is v close to many personal trainer sessions I've had.

I also had it for Christmas and plan to start on jan 2 when kids go back to school. I have approx 2.7 stones to lose and am going to combine this with zumba 3 times a week, swimming and trying the couch to 5k plan. As for diet, not sure but duken seems to work for me.

Well day 3 done! I'm going to try to run 7k tomorrow too (running is my usual poison and I have a 10k fun run in feb too sl I have to train)
Diet wise I'm usually on sw but I've had Xmas off- going back to it in Jan.

. I'm going to a wedding in Feb and I've just bought a dress in the sales that's a bit tight with extra Christmas weight. Definitely got some motivation now! Got to get my weights back from friend first though.

Ok I don't know what shredding is ? Can someone tell me and what do I have to do , get to fit in to one bikini this year ? I am starting the C25K in January and need to do something elses as well. My DH works shift so i don't have too much free time to fit stuff in. So what DVD do I get?

I am starting as soon as baby is born and I've had my 6 week check! Can't wait to lose the baby weight, am usually tiny and hate feeling heavy like this.
I'm going to do it when the dc's are in bed. Don't have any weight to lose (the opposite) but I hate feeling sluggish. I've already made my dinner so I have no excuse to get straight to it come 7pm.

Hi all - I have done a week of Shred, now have a filthy cold, so will be marking this thread and will catch up with you all next Tuesday when I am better and DD is back at CM and I am back at work / in real world.

Can I join? Just completed level one day one and ache already! Have a major work black tie do to go to two weeks today and currently nothing fits so need results fast! Going to start running again once too once I've got rid off my cold!

Well done in completing day 1 guys! My legs are killing too- sort of dread going upstairs ATM. I'm going to try to go for a 7k run too today- may turn into more of a 7k hobble!
I need to sort my diet out- I reached goal at sw and have had Xmas off, need to get back into it!
Going to do food shop today, stock up on nice food!
My toddler loves the shred and keeps asking for the DVD on as she thinks it's funny

I'm in. Currently in NZ, but coming back to the UK mid Feb after two years so need to look stunning when I arrive.
Have lost a fair bit of weight in the last year (60lbs), but very wobbly and not very fit yet. Off to join 0-5k thread too.
It's 10pm here so will start tomorrow.

I'm gonna start tonight when dc's in bed, I have done it before but gave up after a week
, I hate exercise but need to do something to speed up my weight loss. Will be starting on level 1 and I know I will find this hard.....gulp!

Ive ordered it and expect it delivered Tomorrow. Scared as have done no excercise for 12 months, and am unfit and overweight. Still, i am determined to get fit for summer 2012, so roll on level 1!
