Am down 1.5lb on the start of the last thread eight months ago
. I have proved beyond a doubt that I can do maintenance
. If I can just keep shredding over Christmas and rein in the scoffage a little bit I may start next year in a slightly better position than last year when I put on half a stone in two weeks...

lovely to have spontaneous encouragement like that pud and Merlion
well done on pilates Crisp. no structured exercise as such here, but hours of schlepping around town with the buggy, including 30mins of playing chase with ds in the park that certainly raised my heart rate.

Lol loti
2.5 mile walk, 1 hr PT session. Pt session much much easier than my normal circuits as focused on strength not interval training. I expect I shall ache more tomorrow though......

Crisp will trade your Pt for mine... She is hard core and never lets us give up for the whole session!!!

Loti, this was a free session so he was focussing on letting me try different things rather than a hardcore programme and no real cardio as he knows I can do that blindfold! Used the TRX machine which was fun and free weights stuff. I may book some for the new year if I get paid

PMSL. Fabulous Dahling
And this is why you are a Hotmama rather than an effortless slim Jim. I know which i'd rather be

No exercise here either and lunch was 3 sausage rolls
. I think i will try and shred tomorrow afternoon with the girls and then have creche booked for Tues and Weds, so still hopeful for achieving 4* Exersazz. The week after may be more of a challenge

I'm off for a 3 mile walk to drop DH his computer - girls in the buggy and plenty of hills!
Had a weigh in with the practice nurse this morning - they need to monitor weightloss with thyroid meds - and I am 15kg down in 9 weeks which is about 33lb which made me
