Another thread!
Am down 1.5lb on the start of the last thread eight months ago
. I have proved beyond a doubt that I can do maintenance
. If I can just keep shredding over Christmas and rein in the scoffage a little bit I may start next year in a slightly better position than last year when I put on half a stone in two weeks...
Well done Fjor. If it's any help I find you quite inspirational - sticktoitivity is something that I've always lacked
We are going away for the weekend (FIL's 60th) and have just discovered the hotel we're staying in has a pool and steam room
So swimming is definitely on the cards! Esp since we'll be stuck in hotel room with the kids on Saturday evening, so might as well take it in turns to sneak down to the pool
Thank you star
Your Saturday night sounds fab! Enjoy splashing around
I too will be in the pool on Saturday but at a pool party for one of DD's friends. In my tankini in front of the other school mothers
[fshould have shredded more...]
I am 2lb down today and yesterday someone I see regularly noticed how much weight I had lost it made me
and decline the mince pies
Woo woo for losses. I have had a terrible week food/drink wise
1hr pilates done
Well done Hots and Pudding! I had similar today at a friends re the comment on looking slimmer does make you feel good doesn't it?!
lovely to have spontaneous encouragement like that pud and Merlion
well done on pilates Crisp. no structured exercise as such here, but hours of schlepping around town with the buggy, including 30mins of playing chase with ds in the park that certainly raised my heart rate.
I'm here
Colonic was great not at all cringy and feel so much better
.. will see if it has made a difference tomorrow
..not holding out much hope even after exercising for 10 days in a row

Evens today which is a miracle. In a few weeks remind me of this as I pe on 5lbs in a week......
Evens here too
with all this exercise and a good clear out
was hoping for more
however I was +2 for most of the week

30 mins p/t fit for nought else
Lol loti
2.5 mile walk, 1 hr PT session. Pt session much much easier than my normal circuits as focused on strength not interval training. I expect I shall ache more tomorrow though......
Crisp will trade your Pt for mine... She is hard core and never lets us give up for the whole session!!!
Loti, this was a free session so he was focussing on letting me try different things rather than a hardcore programme and no real cardio as he knows I can do that blindfold! Used the TRX machine which was fun and free weights stuff. I may book some for the new year if I get paid
well my exercising boot camp has gone tits up
Too busy having fun on Thursday, too hungover on Friday, too tired on Saturday and full of cold today. Oops!
PMSL. Fabulous Dahling
And this is why you are a Hotmama rather than an effortless slim Jim. I know which i'd rather be
No exercise here either and lunch was 3 sausage rolls
. I think i will try and shred tomorrow afternoon with the girls and then have creche booked for Tues and Weds, so still hopeful for achieving 4* Exersazz. The week after may be more of a challenge
Me too
... Got an hour free child care at the gym mon/tues/wed and then that's it..
However already glugging
so no hope
1.5km on cross trainer followed by 30 mins p/t session
I'm off for a 3 mile walk to drop DH his computer - girls in the buggy and plenty of hills!
Had a weigh in with the practice nurse this morning - they need to monitor weightloss with thyroid meds - and I am 15kg down in 9 weeks which is about 33lb which made me
Wow wow wow pudding amazing

30 mins quick trip to gym including 2km run.. Not alot
well done everyone
much delicious food scoffed this weekend but i did also manage about 30 lengths in the hotel pool. swimming on my own, twas bliss.
oh, forgot to add that all weekend i had people crying out 'omg you are so slim, you look amazing!' which was both gratifying and motivational. def gonna try and keep christmas scoffage in the moderate range
Yay for star and pudding
Gym today - 1.5k run, 1/2 hr circuits, 45 mins spin, 5 mins powerplate and 'swimming' with dd1.
