questions about slimming world

Hiya everyone.

I managed to lose quite a bit on slimming world 5 years ago but since moving/getting married/having a baby I have let it slide terribly! I'd love to rejoin but there aren't any classes near by at suitable times at the mo so I thought I'd go it alone! I wondered if anyone could help answer these?

- I bought the magazine recently for inspiration and I was confused to see a third plan, extra easy or something. Is this basically a combination of the two (green and red) days? Do you still lose as much weight?

- do green and red days still exist and are you supposed to alternate them day by day or choose whichever?

- please convince me: can I really really lose weight if I eat entire bags of pasta and cous cous daily (and I really would if I was told they were "free"!)

- what sweet stuff can I have (apart from fruit) if I'm allergic to dairy?

and finally!

- is there anything different I should do if I'm breastfeeding? (what I really mean is can I have 100 extra syns and 50 healthy extras??! Please please?)

Extra Easy is free red and green foods but a restricted choice a and choice b from your healthy extras. It is a slower weight loss usually but is the best plan to follow if pregnant or breast feeding as lots of healthy low fat food.

If you decide to do red/green it is the same as ever - just pick which to do at the start of the day and stick to it

I lost 4 stone on red and green days

You can use sins for sweet stuff? I guess you can't have yoghurts as they are good frozen.

If you decide to do red/green not extra easy I think you are supposed to increase your healthy extras not sins.

I went to class for years but couldn't fit it in after DD so joined on line instead.
