How to cope with ttc after mc

We're about to start ttc again but I'm just so nervous about it all. How do you cope with it? I just think I'll be a wreck all the time. What are good techniques of dealing with the stress and not getting too obsessed over it?

Hi - I have been in your situation and I found that ttc forums helped me. I see that this is not really for everyone, but somehow it helped me to know that there were others in the same boat.

I would also say do lots of other activities, fill up your time, eat well and try your hardest not to expect results immediately. Give yourself something else to focus on, to give your mind a rest. I know this is easier said than done, I have been there! So don't be hard on yourself.

its tough but you have to do whatever keeps you sane. i dont think that fear ever leaves but join the ttc after mc thread and remember that subsequent mc's are quite rare. just take your folic acid, eat well and try to enjoy it!
