I have a friend who miscarried at 11 weeks. I am also preggy and we were due a week apart. Well afterwards, I sent card but didnt call as I thought it might be rubbing it in. I saw her in supermarket, and she ran over and started chatting then burst inot tears.
I promised to call which did last week, and we chatted and she sounded low. She rang again tonight and promotly started crying when i answered the phone. We spoke for an hour ( I have had a miscarriage previously) and she sounded very low, and im very worried. She is blaming herself. I have asked if she has been to doc and she has promised me she will go tomorrow.
Does anyone know any good support groups?
Any other advice please, im very worried.

The miscarriage association is very good www.miscarriageassociation.org.uk/

Honestly, just keep trying to talk to her. She will appreciate your care and eventually she will start to come through it. As you know it's gut wrenchingly horrible and you don't ever completely get over it, but it does get easier to live with.

Sounds like she could do with someone to go with her to the docs too.
