Lump in jawline - Tooth coming??

I am probably being totally ridiculous but i wanted to double check that the large red lump in my DD's jawline is a tooth. She is 11 mths old and already has 8 teeth (4 top & 4 bottom) However i'd not noticed a 'lump' before their arrival. Perhaps this tooth will be one of the molars??
Pls assure me that it's a tooth and nothing to worry about.
