One year old throwing wobblers- and now I feel like it!

IN the last ten days my DD has started throwing almighty tanties. This morning's lasted 45 minutes after hich both she and I were exhausted.

Is this normal?

What can I do?

tis normal

distract and ignore (hard I know when they are yodelling right into your lug-ole)

when it all gets too much make sure that she is safe and retreat to get a sneaky malteaser or two out of your fridge
