Ds made his first sarcastic comment today, bless him. Watching blasted Fimbles this morning (not ideal but helps occupy him while parents scramble into clothes). Dh asked: 'Is Rocket funny?'. Ds replied, in a sarky voice 'yeah... funny' in a 'yeah, right' tone. Hard to get across in print, but was definitely sarcastic. Such taste, at 17 months! Now if I can only persuade him that the Shiny Show is neither big nor clever maybe I'll never have to watch the s*dding thing ever again...

I'm with you and your ds on the Fimbles but the Shiney Show has grown on me over the years...

i switce dover to cbeebies this morning and dd(20 months) said.fimles..adden?(again)!!
think i should switch tv of more often and ease her poor brain

and now, dd has found presents just dropped off by my friend under the tree and it proceeded to pu8t them all in her toy car and opening them, saying..ooh..tight!!! as she pulls at the wrapping paper!!!my q to go back to rl i think

p.s dont know wether she means my friends tight as she doesnt like presents???????????or the wrapping has been done very well
