DD 21 weeks started to wake during night

I've been lucky enough that my dd has slept from 7 till 7 since she was 7 weeks old. Is now 21 weeks and has started to wake during night. She has managed to settle herself back to sleep but woke 4 times last night. Any ideas why she could be doing this?

Teething is probably the obvious reason, does she have other symptoms like dribbling loads? also does she feel more hungry during the day? Maybe you could give her a dream feed at 10 ish if you think that she is waking up because she is hungry?

My ds was a bit like that. Really good sleeper from tiny then all of a sudden (prob closer to 24months) he started waking. We worked out it was nightmares, but he couldnt explain them properly or what was wrong. He would play up because he was scared. What is her speach like? Might be worth talking to her the morning after to see if she can tell you what was wrong? I find ds understands more in the morning what was wrong.
