What is wrong with DS?

He is in a foul mood. Dh said it is because he got told off in the shop before we went to the school fair. He refused to have his photo done, didn't want a go on any of the stalls and has just said it was because he didn't win anything and wasn't allowed to drink the bottle. I told him he couldn't win if he didn't enter and of course he isn't allowed to drink a bottle of wine. He has brought us all down and now we are all in moods.

you really do have to just IGNORE his nad mood
I know that it brings down everyones moods but if you consistently ignore his he will stop doing it so much

ad there is nothign wrong with him apart from the fact that he is 6

6,7 and 8 are a particularly tricky time so I have been told by many and I'm finding it to be true of dd1 who is 7

My 6 year old can be bad tempered and sulky at times. I just tell him to go away (to another room) and come back when either he's in a better mood or he wants to talk about what's wrong.

He sent down a note with his little brother which said Dear Mum and Dad, I am sorry it I spoilt the day, love from ...

We went to talk to him and he said he was in a temper as he hadn't had a good sleep.

He is now downstairs helping to clean out the fish.

He does seem to have moods and to get in a temper at times. Not sure how to help him/handle it. Gets it from me I suspect.
