Wetting at night again

I put this is nappies/potty training but havent had any replies - hope someone here can help

My 3 1/2 year old dd has been dry at night since New Year with only a couple of accidents between then and now. Over the last couple of weeks she has several acidents and we've had to change her bed in the middle of the night e.g. in the last week it has happened twice - any ideas as to the relapse?

She did start nursery in February and no longer has a nap so when she goes to bed (7.30pm) she is very tired. Do you think she is going into too deep a sleep and not registering that she needs to pee?

She has a drink with dinner around 5.30pm and a small drink (a couple of mouthfuls) when she brushes her teeth. She goes for a pee at bedtime and that is normally her till morning time. Should we start lifting her to the toilet when we go to bed or are there any other solutions?

all I can say is that our dd has had a couple of relapses which did pass.

one bout stopped when we gently explained that is wasn't ok to pee in the bed. We'd gone to such lengths to be nice and comforting when she'd done it previously, she'd interpreted it as being an ok thing to do. we didn't scold her, just said she was a big girl, blah, blah... she didn't do it again.

Haven't experienced this myself but have lots of friends who have. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. Wetting at night isn't offically classed as 'bed wetting' til aged 7 so you're well ahead of the game . My DD is nearly 5 and at least half of her friends still wear nappies at night. Why don't you stick her in pull ups at night time til you find they are dry again?

This will sound really daft but

Make sure she drinks plenty during the day
Make sure she has a drink first thing in the morning
Try and make sure her drinks later on in the day (maybe after 4.30/5) are clear drinks - water/apple no orange/blackcurrant etc

It will probably help

if she has just started nursery, it may be worth getting her checked out for worms. Uncharacteristic bedwetting can be a symptoms of threadworms.
