I lost my rag

Totally lost the plot today. Had a massive tantrum after doing battle with Argos's recorded message customer services. I ended up throwing phone across the room and screaming. Both children stared at me in horror (thankfully not usual behaviour from me) and DD (4.5) started to cry. I said I was sorry to scare her and told her I had just lost my rag. Off she went, only to return a couple of minutes later to press an imaginary 'something' into my had. Leaning close, she whispered in my ear reassuringly "There you are. You've got your rag back". Hope this might cheer up others who 'lost it' today.

thanks to the unholy hell that was bedtime my dd now know the expression 'Crist Almighty' which she gleefully repeated til bedtime.
