Can anyone recommend a good book on baby development?

I had a fab baby bible when I was pregnant and now simply don't have the time to find a good bookshop and go browsing like I did in my pre-mummy days. Anyone have a good 'bible' type guide which they can recommend? I'm looking for something quite thorough. Pictures are always a good addition, and my son's 4 months old if that makes a difference to your suggestions.

cheers!
