Stutter/blinking

My lo has just started getting stuck at the end of words, and doing a sort of exaggerated blink while he gets going on the next sound. Is that normal? He is 2.3 and has good speech generally.

This is a good article. It explains that some stuttering is normal between the ages of 18 months and 7 years.

It can just be a part of speech development.
