What's all this about?!

Dd2 (a couple of months off 3) has suddenly decided she does not want any attention if she hurts herself and actually gets quite angry if you offer it. For example, just a moment ago, she walked into a door, a rushed over saying 'Oh poor E, come here' and tried to hug her and she pushed me away! It's quite upsetting when all you want to do is give them a hug!! Anyone else experienced this?
