DD is coming up for 2 and in recent months has become increasingly fussy with what she eats. She would live on fruit, plain pasta, eggs, cheese and sweetcorn and peas if it was left up to her. We all eat together and try and offer her a variety of foods but this reluctance or refusal to try anything different is driving me a bit scatty.
She used to happily try most things although she wouldn't eat a lot of meat. I know they can go through fussy eating stages around this age but not sure to what extent.
Do I need to fuss about it and do anything beyond just encouraging her to try different things, can I just assume it is a normal phase? She is perfectly healthy despite it. As you can probably tell, she is our pfb.
