2 months sleep pattern changing

Hi

My little one is 2 months old. Breast fed mainly with one formulae feed as the last few at night before we put her down to sleep ( haven't noticed that this helps her sleep) she had been sleeping from 11 for 5 hours then one night feed and then another 3 hours. For the last week she has been waking every two hours with three night feeds! Her sleeping is slightly different too in that she wimpers and puts fists in mouth all while asleep. I always wait for her to wake before feeding. Unsure if this is a growth spurt/ temporary?!!! No where near close to sleeping longer!

Any advice is appreciated!
