11 month old ... separation anxiety advice

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how to deal with this he's driving me potty... Whether it be popping him in his play pen whilst I nip to the kitchen or toilet, to him no longer wanting to sleep in his own bed and waking up for a bottle/comfort again at silly o'clock. I've been good and put him back in bed when asleep but he's awake again shortly after... I dont have too much energy to argue with him as I'm 38 wks pregnant
